Roles We Are Recruiting For
Registered Manager
Lead our home care operation as the named CQC Registered Manager. A key leadership role overseeing all care delivery, compliance and team management.
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care required
- Minimum 2 years senior care management experience
- Strong CQC knowledge and compliance background
- Enhanced DBS required
Care Worker
Deliver compassionate, professional care to our clients in their own homes. No two days are the same and every visit genuinely makes a difference.
- No experience required — full training provided
- Warm, empathetic and professional approach
- Reliable and committed to quality care
- Enhanced DBS check required (we cover the cost)
Care Coordinator
Manage rotas, client allocations and day-to-day scheduling. A crucial operational role keeping our care delivery running smoothly and efficiently.
- Previous care or coordination experience preferred
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, changing environment
- Enhanced DBS required
Dementia Care Specialist
Provide specialist, person-centred care to clients living with dementia. Additional training and support provided. Premium pay rate for specialist skills.
- Dementia care experience or qualification preferred
